The top half is a stretchy fabric, shaped like a vest, perfect for park days, then a loose ruffle skirt perfect for all the food.

The pattern is completely designed & embroidered by myself. Due to each design being created when ordered please be aware that the image & colour can slightly differ from the one in the picture. The design size is the same for each top so the design may appear larger on smaller tops & vice versa.
